Upfront investment

Total initial investment

$209,300 – $247,600

USD estimate for one territory of at least 100,000 owner-occupied dwellings. Includes the $65,000 fee, $40,000-$50,000 Opening Package and $75,000 for three operating months. Assumes a leased office and three monthly payments each for two financed or leased vehicles. Operating funds may be higher.

Initial franchise fee

$65,000

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

USD fee for one territory, due at signing, fully earned on receipt and nonrefundable. Retired or honorably discharged U.S. military veterans receive a $6,500 discount. Multiple territories use separate pricing. The Opening Package price includes shipping and handling.

Selected fees

  • RoyaltyAnnual Gross Sales tiers: 6.25% first $4M; 5% next $3M; 4% next $3M; 3% above $10M. Paid weekly; calendar-year reset.

Tier reductions cannot overlap other royalty reductions. For 1-2 territories, missed targets mean 6.25% of $1M in the first full calendar year, $1.5M in the second and $2M thereafter. Sales count at full or partial payment; uncollected or undeposited sales may be charged 120 days after invoicing.

  • Advertising contribution0.75% of Gross Sales, paid weekly to the Brand Development Fund.

Separate from local advertising spending. The franchisor controls fund use and need not spend a particular amount in your area. These rows show selected major obligations, not every operating cost.

  • Local marketingMinimum local spend: $2,500/month Year 1; $5,000/month Year 2; $7,500/month Year 3 onward.

For one or two territories, use approved activities. The Opening Package satisfies the first three operating months. Pay shortfalls to the brand fund. Add $2,500/month per territory beyond two, starting Year 4 for the third and Year 6 for the fourth. Required cooperative contributions count toward local spending and cannot exceed that requirement.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
